Prof. Shunsuke Nakamura graduated from Tokyo University in 1977 as a science doctor. He is working as an assistant professor in Medical Research Institute of Tokyo University, the head of mental health institution, and the professor in engineering institution at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. In 2013, he started his own company (CorLab Inc.) as chairman.

Currently, the company is mainly developing health system based on sensor network. Through cloud computing, the network records personal life and manages health. The company has developed safe network system for old people. At the same time, the company had made a great progress on energy-saving and emission-reduction, electrical appliances, and housing facilities control system.
