个人简介
  
    1982年7月出生于江苏省靖江市,副教授,博士生导师,就职于江苏大学计算机科学与通信工程学院,美国电气和电子工程师协会会员(IEEE member)。2003年6月和2006年6月于江苏大学计算机科学与通信工程学院获得学士和通信与信息系统硕士学位,2011年6月于东南大学移动通信国家重点实验室获通信与信息系统博士学位。2013年11月至2014年11月以博士后研究员身份在美国佐治亚理工学院(Georgia Institute of Technology)与Geoffrey Ye Li(IEEE Fellow)合作开展异构网络技术领域的研究。2014年被聘为副教授,硕士生导师,2017年被聘为博士生导师。
近年来,在众多国内外权威期刊及国际顶级会议上发表学术论文近四十篇,其中SCI检索论文22篇,其中一区9篇,已受理中国发明专利13项,授权2项,软件著作权2项。近五年科研经费共234万元,年均47万元。以第一负责人在研国家自然科学基金青年和面上项目各1项,中国博士后基金1项,江苏大学“青年骨干教师培养工程”项目1项;以第一负责人完成江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省高校自然科学基金项目各1项,江苏大学高级人才启动基金1项。作为项目主要完成人参与国家及省部级项目6项:国家自然基金2项,江苏省自然基金1项,国家博士点基金1项,高等学校科技创新工程重大项目培育资金1项,东南大学移动通信国家重点实验室自主研究课题1项。
    相关研究成果获2016年中国商业联合会中国商业科技进步一等奖,排名第一;2016年获江苏省科技进步奖一等奖,校内排名第一;2015年获得中国商业联合会中国商业科技进步三等奖,排名第2;河南省教育厅科技成果一等奖,排名第2。
2016年指导学生获得“全国研究生移动终端应用设计创新大赛”二等奖,“3S杯全国大学生物联网技术与应用“三创”大赛”三等奖。
