万继康，男，1992年8月出生，工学博士，讲师。2023年6月博士毕业于河海大学计算机与信息学院，2023年7月进入江苏大学计算机科学与通信工程学院工作。

从事遥感图像处理、大数据与人工智能方向研究。以第一作者身份（含接收）在IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing、Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety、Environmental Science and Pollution Research、红外与毫米波学报等国际期刊上发表SCI论文8篇。担任COMPUTERS & GEOSCIENCES、WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT等多期刊审稿人。
