王昌达，博士，教授（二级），博士生导师。江苏省六大高峰人才，江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师，江苏大学拔尖人才，中国计算机学会网络与数据通信专业委员会执行委员。计算机科学与技术博士点、博士后流动站“服务计算与信息安全”方向带头人。加拿大卡尔顿大学访问学者，美国普渡大学访问教授。全英文主讲的课程《信息安全技术》入选欧盟伊拉莫斯教育基金会高校课程交流计划、教育部来华留学生品牌课程、教育部防疫公开课、江苏省全英语授课精品课程。获省部级科技进步一等奖1项，江苏省教学成果二等奖2项，省部级科技进步三等奖2项。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项，江苏省自然科学基金2项，国家重点研发项目子课题，江苏省科技成果转化、江苏省重点研发项目多项；在IEEE TPDS、 IEEE TIFS、IEEE TNSE、IEEE TCSS、IEEE INFOCOM、ACM TOSN、ACM ToIT、 ACM SIGCOMM等计算机顶级学术期刊、国际会议上发表SCI、EI检索学术论文100余篇。
