[Deadline for approval of graduate school]
The deadline for submission for approval of the first batch of doctoral dissertations in 2023 is set at April 20 (Thursday), and the deadline for submission for approval of master's dissertations is set at May 4 (Thursday).

The internal review of the thesis will be collected twice: once on March 16 and once on April 6.
Please let your supervisor send the reviewed papers in pdf format to my email address before March 16 and April 6: ujshxr@ujs.edu.cn.

[Thesis Naming Rules]
The name  of the pdf  thesis  is:   student ID  - thesis title.pdf

[Verification of the authenticity and reliability of the content of the dissertation]
1. Before the thesis is submitted for review, the supervisors of all types of graduate students shall verify the authenticity and reliability of the content data of the postgraduate thesis they guide, and the relevant verification materials shall be retained by the college for future reference. In case of academic misconduct, such as doctoring, found in the submission of the thesis for examination and subsequent links, it will be handled according to relevant regulations.
2.When submitting the thesis for inner review, should submit the Verification(soft copy or hand copy) signed by the graduate student and the supervisor, otherwise the inner review will not be conducted.
