In the 20th National College Student Information Security and Adversarial Technology Competition (ISCC2023) in 2023, students from the School of Computer Science and Communication Engineering achieved excellent results in the national finals.
The National College Student Information Security and Adversarial Technology Competition is a national level competition organized by the China Ordnance Industry Society and the Information Security and Adversarial Professional Committee of the China Ordnance Industry Society, and hosted by Beijing Institute of Technology. It is one of the A-level national competitions recognized by our university. In 2023, more than 13400 people signed up for the ISCC competition, setting a new record for the number of participants. The competition areas include the college and graduate student areas.
Since the launch of the 20th ISCC competition, Teacher Li Zhiyuan has led more than 20 participating students to actively strive and bravely compete, achieving excellent results in three tracks: personal challenge, unlimited arena competition, and data thinking competition, which lasted for 25 days. Lin Ye, a student majoring in Information Security at Jiangsu University, won the ISCC Individual Challenge Track Special Award and the ISCC Unlimited Arena Track First Award (no special award is set for this track);
