The 16th competition in 2023 received submissions from 892 teams from 206 universities across the country, with both the participating teams and the number of participants reaching a historic high. Through anonymous preliminary evaluation, 319 teams from 106 universities were selected and their works were nominated for the national finals.
Since the start of the competition in April 2023, our school has organized a total of 16 teams to participate. Under the guidance of professional teachers, participating students have united and cooperated, carefully prepared for the competition, completed work design, research and development, and report writing. In the end, our school has a total of 8 teams entering the finals (with a maximum of 8 teams per school). The guiding teachers and participating teams sacrificed their summer break time to continue polishing their works. On August 18th and 19th, after intense competition in three stages: work defense, on-site demonstration, and expert questioning, our school's participating team ultimately won one national first prize, four third prizes, and three excellent prizes.

During the preparation period, the guiding teachers provided guidance on topic selection, modeling, programming, and defense, encouraging participating students to fully demonstrate the spirit of Jiang University's perseverance and daring to create and compete. Teacher Li Zhiyuan was awarded the title of "Excellent Guidance Teacher" in the competition, and our school was awarded the title of "Excellent Organizational Unit".
