On January 15th, the School of Computer Science organized a practical activity titled "Tasting Laba Rice Porridge, Welcoming the Chinese New Year", where ethnic minority students, international students, and student representatives from the School of Computer Science participated to jointly celebrate the Laba Festival.

The teachers and students first visited the Laba Festival exhibition board and took group photos with it. Afterwards, they experienced the charm of dragon dance and appreciated the profound flavor of traditional culture. The uniquely crafted paper-cuttings added a strong festive atmosphere. During the blindfolded guessing game of Laba rice porridge ingredients, the students cleverly coordinated multiple senses, enjoying the pleasure and fun of guessing traditional flavors in a mysterious setting. Through postcards, the students wrote down their beautiful wishes for the new year. To share this warmth and blessings with more people, the teachers and students delivered the freshly made Laba rice porridge and exquisite paper-cuttings to a nursing home, sharing this joy with the elderly there and offering their best wishes for the coming new year!
