To deepen students' professional competencies, stimulate innovative potential, and promote high-quality employment, on the morning of June 24th, the School of Computer Science and Xiaomi Group held the opening ceremony of the Industry-Education Integration Engineer Training Camp in the First Lecture Hall of the Conference Center. Zhuang Mengqiu, the Technical Director of the R&D Platform at Xiaomi's Nanjing Regional Headquarters, and relevant project leaders, as well as Sun Guo, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Computer Science, Mao Qirong, the Dean, Yang Bo, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Dean, Han Fei, the Vice Dean, Geng Xia, the Associate Professor, all counselors of the school, and over 220 participating students attended the event. The ceremony was presided over by Yang Bo.

Mao Qirong, representing the school, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Xiaomi Group and delivered a motivating speech. She introduced the basic situation of the school's development history and discipline construction. She emphasized that deepening school-enterprise collaborative education and strengthening practical skills are key to efficient talent cultivation. This training camp adopts a dual-track training mode combining course training and technical practice, which is an important opportunity for students to enhance their practical skills and promote the integration of theory and practice. She hoped that students would adhere to the school motto of "Erudition, Truth-Seeking, and Virtue", continuously consolidate their professional foundation knowledge, strengthen their practical abilities, and gain valuable experience and knowledge, contributing the wisdom and strength of Jiangda students to socialist modernization.

Zhuang Mengqiu introduced the curriculum planning and highlights of the training camp. This training camp adopts a training mode that combines course training with technical practice, focusing on the two technical fields of Android and C++. Through a series of teaching projects, industry authorities are invited to conduct on-site teaching, and experienced mentors provide one-on-one practical guidance. The aim is to ensure that students can systematically progress from basic skills to advanced levels, achieving a comprehensive upgrade and enhancement of their technical abilities.
