冯丽，女，博士（后），副教授。2017年12月获西安电子科技大学通信与信息系统专业博士学位，2018年1月至2019年1月赴韩国仁荷大学开展博士后研究，2019年2月进入江苏大学计算机科学与通信工程学院物联网工程系工作。 社会兼职包括：中国计算机学会会员，担任IEEE TVT、IEEE SPL等期刊审稿人。

主要从事联邦学习、边缘计算以及智能管控与优化等研究，近年来在Computer Network、The Computer Journal、Future Generation Computer Systems、IEEE Signal Processing Letters等国际期刊与会议上发表论文十余篇。目前主持在研国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、中国博士后基金面上项目1项、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目1项、江苏省博士后基金项目1项。主持完成江苏省教育厅自然科学研究面上项目1项。
