Ph.D: dissertation can be submitted for review and defense only after two years (at least 22 months), after approval of thesis proposal. If you plan to graduate in three years, in principle, you should finish the opening of the thesis proposal by the end of the first semester at the latest.
Master: dissertation can be submitted for review and defense only after one year (at least 11 months), after approval of thesis proposal. If you plan to graduate in three years, in principle, you should finish the opening of the thesis proposal by the end of fourth semester at the latest.

1.Students can find the option “APPLY FOR THE THESIS PROPOSAL” in the category of “ACADEMIC INFORMATION” on student’s online portal.

2. Click on “APPLY” at the top right corner to continue to the next step.
3.Students must carefully fill the information in sub-categories “PROPOSAL” and “DETAILED PLAN OF DISSERTATION”.
4. Finally, click on “SAVE” and “PRINT” to generate hard copy and submit the thesis proposal for experts review.
