In order to do a good job in the application of NSFC projects in 2022, publicize the new policy changes in 2022 and the outline of application writing, strengthen the unified deployment, improve the quality of application, and ensure the success of project approval, on January 10, the College of Computer Science and Communication Engineering of Jiangsu University held a forum on the application of NSFC projects in 2022 in Conference Room 221, which was chaired by Professor Chen Jinfu, vice president of the College of Computer Science, The fund evaluation experts invited by the college and the teachers to apply for the National Natural Science Foundation of China participated in the symposium.
At the symposium, Professor Chen Jinfu carried out extensive exchanges with college teachers on the major changes in NSFC policies in 2022, the development layout of computer science and the basic connotation of the nature of scientific problems, and guided teachers to jointly sort out the work arrangement for NSFC application in 2022.
Teachers of the college, such as Dr. Liu Huan, Dr. Ren Qinghua, and Dr. Wu Yan, demonstrated and reported the preliminary fund application topics, topic selection basis, research content, key scientific issues, and research basis in combination with their own research directions and research achievements, and spoke enthusiastically and expressed their opinions in combination with the problems encountered in the writing of the fund application. The evaluation experts invited by the college answered the questions of teachers applying for the fund one by one and gave on-site guidance.
The symposium established an effective channel for communication between the fund review experts and the fund application teachers of the college, which played a positive role in improving the scientific research service level of the college and promoting the application of NSFC in 2022.
