Recently, The thesis "Pyramid Spatial-temporal Aggregation for Video-based Person" was completed by Wang Yingquan, a second-year master student supervised by Associate Professor Geng Xia and Associate Professor Lu Hu in the Artificial Intelligence Research group of The School of Computer Science and Communication Engineering Re-identification was accepted for publication by the IEEE International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV2021). ICCV is recognized as the highest level of the three major computer vision conferences, and is A class A conference in the field of artificial intelligence of the Chinese Computer Society CCF, which is held every two years. The paper is evaluated in a double-blind way, and it is extremely difficult to employ the paper.
This paper is the first published by Jiangsu University on ICCV. ICCV2021 will be held in Montreal, Canada, from October 11 to 17. This paper is the first paper completed by Wang Yingquan. It mainly aims at pedestrian re-recognition in computer video and proposes a new network framework and module with optimal performance, which can be applied in many fields such as smart city and intelligent transportation.
The first author is Wang Yingquan, who graduated from Anhui University with a bachelor's degree. In September 2019, he entered the School of Computer Science, Jiangsu University for his master's degree. Under the guidance of Teachers Geng Xia and Lu Hu, Wang Yingquan is engaged in the research of deep learning and computer vision. Associate Professor Lu Hu graduated from Fudan University under the tutelage of Professor Wei Hui. His main research direction is artificial intelligence technology.
